I’m now able to stand up repeatedly in the face of changes. I finally broke through the resistance and the mindless chatter in my head. Our sessions have given me a strong center and supportive base. I’ve studied with a lot of people, and I keep coming back to Cindi! Her teaching continues to evolve too. And my body and spirit couldn’t be more thankful.
