When Cindi designed my custom wellness program, I was in really bad shape. I work a lot and didn’t exercise often. I had rubbing thighs!

I also had lots of physical pain in my back, neck and other random places.  I was tired and just pushing along to get through each day.

While following my custom program, I became longer, leaner and still experience less physical pain. I have greater range of motion and am more active. I can fit into my cute clothes I thought I’d never wear again!

The mental class on my program helped me understand that it’s ok to rest and I don’t have to feel guilty about it. I’ve learned how to create healthy boundaries for my precious time and energy and am making better food choices. I’m now more aware of my eating habits which has led to me lose 15lbs. I enjoy my food and my body now craves healthy options!

Because I took an active interest in my well being, I have a better connection to my husband and myself . I look forward to the future and the role I play in it!
