L Pose is a wonderful movement that helps your mental and physical body feel strong and focused like an olympic athlete.
If you’re not familiar with L Pose, for most of us, it’s challenging. Please warm up and watch before practicing. Check out the video below for L Pose breakdown.
You’ll Learn To:
- Reverse effects of gravity
- Strengthen arms, core and legs
- Open tight shoulders
- Improve balance, big time
- Cleanse blood and improve circulation
- Increase stamina
Although this pose may feel awkward and maybe even a little scary, breath by breath, you’ll build your strength and confidence.
