I am having a fantastic Sunday and I hope you are too! I just taught a yoga class and in a few minutes I’ll be walking to the farmers market.
This may be a busy upcoming week for you. Lots of my students are traveling, making Thanksgiving dinner for 15 people, and/or inviting family over for Chanukah.
For me this time of year is bitter sweet. I love that I chose not to deal with LAX (the Los Angeles Airport) yet I feel sad about being away from my folks. Good news is, I’ll see them December!
