Good News
1. My corporate yoga student shared that without his long 2 hr LA work commute he’s playing a lot of soccer with his kids. Quality time👍🏽.
However, the combo of working from home, still sitting a lot, and more soccer has created tightness in his hips.

Good News Cont’d
2. A student, turned awesome friend, meditates with her husband every morning. He’s an ER doctor. It went from one day we’ll start meditation together to..its a must! Now they’re even closer. Nice!
3. My eldest student in yrs (almost 80) and youngest at heart lost 5 lbs walking hills in her neighborhood 2xs a day. Yes!
4. One of my busy private client’s owns a wellness center. Its temporarily closed to prevent the spread of COVID19. She admitted, “This is the most I’ve ever really gotten to know myself.” Deeper self awareness.
5. My dad is sick of watching the news. He now enjoys reruns of baseball games where the Cleveland Indians won! They don’t replay the losing games, ha! Way to be in the moment and live en-joy dad.
