What else did my dad’s dad do to increase his lifespan? Drink water, 4-5 glasses throughout the day. He’d also walk around the front and backyard yard while soaking up some sun. Lastly, he’d turn his hearing aid down, only pretending he could hear you, his way of unplugging.
I loved him dearly.
