Halloween is very much looked forward to in many countries . The festivities here in LA definitely do not disappoint. My students come up with the most creative costumes.
This is where the madness begins, right?
You did your thing for Halloween and now you’re gearing up for Thanksgiving. Right around the corner are December Holidays.
Which brings me to the next 15 min yoga video video I created for you, The October Hangover Cure, inspired by my student who was keeping it real with me:)

How do we get so thrown off? Because we start to pack in too much at work and in our social lives. Our health begins to decline.
Not all at once but a little here, a little there. Before you know it you are depleted and annoyed at everything.
