Reclined Frog Pose/ Supta Mandukasana, stretches the entire front of your body, countering the shoulder slump that happens throughout the day.
If you’re not paying close attention to your posture, the front of your body tends to collapse.
Physically the front of the body rounds from poor posture while sitting at your desk, couch, car…
Emotionally your chest and shoulders may collapse when feeling shy, awkward, not worthy…
Any of this ringing true, mind or body?
*If so, watch now and practice Reclined Frog Pose when your muscles and are nice and warm. This movement is best done towards the middle of your practice, when your muscles are nice and warm. It’s a deep stretch.
If you are dealing with knee injury, watch video midway for modification.
You’ll stretch from the tips of your toes to your fingers and everything in between. Including your feet, ankles, knees, quads (big time), abdomen chest, shoulders and neck.

Hope this helps you open up your muscles and your mind, after all, its all connected!
Feel free to pass this along to anyone who needs to counter the mental and physical daily slump.
