Quick Yoga Warm Up for Busy Bees

Can’t catch a break?

Stress levels high?

Compromised sleep?

A students expressed this to me after missing several yoga classes.

Sometimes we want circumstances to get better so we can finally take care of ourselves the way we know we need to.

Even if you just do few minutes everyday, your body and mind will absolutely take that info and process it as….this BEING wants to be well.

Let this Basic Yoga Warm Up video help a sister/brother out!

The warm ups are incredibly important and often dismissed as trivial.

After you warm up, you’re gonna be thankful you didn’t start your day tight and crunchy. Instead you’ll feel open, grounded and more in control of your body and mind.

When is it best to practice the yoga warm ups?

  1. Before you dive into yoga asana/movements, this prevents injury.
  2. If you are short on time, even doing the warm ups can set a positive tone for your day.
  3. In the evening after you’ve had a hectic day and too much sitting. Students report that they wake up feeling less stiff in the morning.
  4. When you don’t feel like practicing, at least warm up!

Your body is always trying to self regulate. Let’s continue to help it in the right direction.
