Simple Clarity Exercise

Can you believe we’re entering a new year and a new decade in two weeks?

One quality we all want in 2020 is more clarity.

This time of the year can be extra busy.

So todays exercise is short and simple. By practicing, it brings you mental clarity and many other benefits too.

Practice for 30 seconds up to several minutes!

You’ll learn to:

  • Clear one of the lesser known chakras in knees, Sutala, which connects to our deeper states of confusion
  • Improve circulation in tired legs
  • Lubricate the knee joints
  • Improve liver and spleen function (right knee connects to liver, left knee connects to spleen).

Aren’t those an amazing amount of health benefits in a simple movement that you can do on the floor or in your bed?
