Are your shoulders tight? I don’t know anyone who doesn’t hold a lot of tension in their shoulders, including myself.
During Sunday’s half time Super Bowl show, Shakira sang, “Hips don’t lie.” Well, neither do the shoulders (sorry couldn’t help myself).
Your shoulders get tighter and tighter from mental stress, repetitive motion injury, lifting heavy weights and overcompensating for weak back and core muscles.
Soon enough, your shoulders lose flexibility and their range of motion.
As the tension progresses, its painful.
