Twist of Awesomeness

Did your week get off on on a wonky start? Let’s fix that now.

A client made a super relaxing sound in a twisting pose during her private yoga session last week.

It was kinda funny. I had to ask, “What does it feel like?” 

She said, “It feels like…….awesomeness AND that I should be doing it all day long.”

Well thats a must share twist for a wonky start of the week.
